PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be included in a file owned by xxxxx, hereinafter the company, with registered office in xxxx, for the management of the booking system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with users of the website who process bookings, as well as for statistical studies of registered users of the website to design improvements in the services provided. All the fields of the forms marked as obligatory must be filled in for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents to the bank details provided being used to meet the possible penalties for cancellations or no-shows set out in the tariff conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily implies the aforementioned processing, and therefore the process cannot be carried out in the event of opposition to the same. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition as indicated below.
VERACITY OF DATA
The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and the company reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable by law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorised to provide data of third parties. Only with the consent of the future guests of the flats, the user will be able to enter their names and surnames in the section "Distribution of rooms". This information, which will allow the chosen establishment to provide a better service to its guests, is optional, and therefore, its inclusion by the user implies, under their sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to the provision of personal information.
DATA PROCESSING IN NAVIGATION
In accordance with the obligation set out in art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are hereby informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard disk of the computers that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify you and maintain your identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of your session. Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in accordance with Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the above-mentioned data will be included in a personal data file belonging to the company for the purposes detailed above. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition as indicated below.
We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows you to serve ads on the Google content network (more details on the Google Adwords content network based on previous visits to our website). To do this, some of the pages of our website include a code called a "remarketing tag". These tags make it possible to read and configure your browser's cookies in order to determine the type of specific advertisement that will be shown to the user, depending on elements related to their visit to our website, such as, for example, the browsing circuit chosen, the specific pages visited or the actions that have been carried out on those pages. The remarketing lists thus created are stored in a database on Google's servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or interest category are stored. With respect to the company, this information may only be associated with a specific user in the event that said user is identified on the website, for example, because he/she has completed a booking process. In this case, the data thus obtained will be communicated to the company for the purposes of commercial prospecting and segmentation of the users of the website in order to design commercial campaigns according to the interests shown during browsing, and the data will be included in a file belonging to the aforementioned entity for the aforementioned purposes. If the user wishes to receive information about company promotions, he/she can authorise the transfer of his/her data for this purpose by simply accepting this Privacy Policy. If, on the other hand, they do not wish to receive information in this regard, they must expressly tick the opt-out box. Only when there is consent to do so, the personal data necessary for communication will be transferred to xxxx. and will be used to keep you informed, either by email or by any other means, of news, products and services related to the company xxxx. RIGHTS
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be exercised in writing, accompanied by a copy of your ID card, addressed to the corresponding File Manager at the addresses indicated below:

- After this period one night's stay will be charged.
- One night's stay in the event of a no-show.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS JULY AND AUGUST
- 7 days prior to arrival 1 night's expenses
- 48 hours prior to arrival bring 50% of the total booking expenses
- 24 hours prior to arrival bring the 100% expense report.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WHOLE
Access to the page does not in any way imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about vacancies at the time of requesting the aforementioned information, so if you make the reservation on-line, you are contracting directly with the rural complex and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation is used as a locator when you go to the reception.
The reservation of nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set out herein.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:
1) Be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and understand all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the information provided when making the on-line reservation is true, complete and concise.
3) Only those pages that are included in the site map are included in the website.
4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it has been formalised will be archived and you will be able to access it at any time.
6) That confirms the reservation made, i.e. the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of persons and the flat chosen.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation made, are those that are expressly determined in the tariff conditions expressly included on the page you make the reservation.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, the portal gives you the possibility to book flats through its website, but does not offer any kind of hotel services under its responsibility.
9) That your credit card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment will be made at the chosen hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and the charge set out in the rate conditions will be made.
10) Offers are only valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
PRICES
The prices indicated are retail prices including VAT.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of flat and board selected.
The price does not include: Any unspecified services plus extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, etc...
Check-in and check-out times: as a general rule, and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, the flats may be used from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
All travellers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or identity card, in accordance with current legislation. They will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when the trips so require. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that the granting of visas is refused by any authority, for particular reasons of the user, or the user is refused entry into the country due to a lack of the requirements demanded, or due to a defect in the documentation required, or for not being the bearer of the same, the establishment declines all responsibility for events of this nature, with any expenses arising being borne by the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and regulations established for the case of no-shows shall be applied.
